Short ribs

To get the short rib – we cut it from the 6th, 7th and 8th ribs of the rib primal by cutting across the rib bones. Don’t worry about fat. It is trimmed leaving no more than 1⁄4 of fat. The length of the short rib will be approximately 9-11 inches.

The product is chilled or frozen per customer request. Vacuum packed.
