Rastelli Europe cattle are raised in the large open fields and fed a 100% vegetarian diet. For the fantastic marbling and tender beef they’re corn finished for 120 days. Like all of our products, all of our beef is antibiotic, steroid, and hormone-free.All bulls from our cattle are Hereford and Black Angus breed.

We do at least 35 days wet aging for an extra deep flavor of our meat. Every cut is expertly trimmed and perfectly portioned to meet the high standards of more than four decades of master butcher tradition and experience.
