Wheat flour

Ukrainian soft white milling wheat is used to produce wheat flour. You can recognize first-grade wheat flour by bright white color. Usually used for bread baking (croissants, baguettes, brioche, chouquettes) and confectionery (pies, cakes, cookies) of high quality.

Second-grade flour is excellent for bread and cake baking, cookies, noodles and pancakes because its protein content is 11%.
